sick off question about work and money on dateing webs

Maybe I wrong understand intention of men who ask about work as a first to get know each other.
For me it is like makeing segregation between people worth to get know or to be sure how to treat the potential date.
Like they mostly do not like to treat potential partner well, like a human kind should; with all survival/ culture ect.
Like most of them wants to know how much you can earn to be sure you deserve for respect, so it is not a human kind culturazioal standard?
I feel be threaten by such people who asking first about work and question where you work, it is unforgivable.

In potential partner I am looking for love basically.


Any suggestion how to treat them?
